At Regime Center we are committed to providing gourmet meals to our customers made with fresh top quality ingredients.
You can be certain that the meals we produce are prepared with the utmost care by implementing HACCP procedures, hygiene guidelines, and quality control protocols. We ensure safe handling practices are being followed adhering to all sanitary and food safety procedures.

Once your meal box is delivered to you, you will be responsible for the safe handling and safety of your meals, so please make sure to:

* Remove your meals from the meal box immediately once received and place them in your refrigerator to keep them fresh and to avoid spoilage and contamination.

* Make sure to eat your meals on the days designated by your dietician.

Meal Box Contents:

According to your recommended calorie intake, your meal box will contain the following:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch (main course - salad - soup)
  • Dinner (main course - salad - soup)
  • Dessert
  • Fruits
  • Beverages

Packaging of your meals
  • All meals containers can be safely refrigerated.
  • The lunch / dinner courses and the soups come in disposable plastic containers that are microwave safe.
  • The salads, dressings, and desserts come in disposable plastic containers. They should be eaten cold and are labeled accordingly.

Refrigeration of your meals

Your refrigerator is the most important item in your kitchen for keeping foods safe. It is important to maintain the temperature of your refrigerator between 3°C and 4°C.

To prevent reproduction of pathogenic bacteria, your meal box should be immediately refrigerated once delivered. We recommend that you empty your box and place the packaged meals separately in the refrigerator.

Do not overcrowd your refrigerator with foods. Airspace should be left around the containers to allow the circulation of cold air. This will help ensure rapid and even cooling.

Heating your meals

Using the Oven:

Heating your meals in the oven will result in better tasting food and also is the healthier option. First, preheat oven to 250°C or 300°C depending on the quantity and density of the meal. Next, place your food in the oven in an oven safe tray for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot.

Using the Microwave:

Microwaves are great time-savers. All your meals come in microwave safe containers; they can be safely heated in the microwave.

Heat your meals according to your microwave meals heating instructions; since there are different microwave brands in the market with different heating instructions, we recommend heating on high level for the following durations:

  • Meat or Chicken ………… 3 to 4 min
  • Fish …………….…...…… 2 to 3 min
  • Soups…………….….…… 1 to 2 min
  • Pastries..……………..…… 5 to 10 sec

Important Guidelines for heating your meals:

  • Before heating your meals, make sure not to heat any of the fresh vegetables that come with it, they should be eaten cold.
  • Do not heat side sauces that come with your meals (like mayonnaise, hummos, garlic, tartar, ketchup, etc.).
  • Do not add water to your meals when you heat them.
  • Cover the rice and pasta meals while heating to prevent them from becoming dry.
  • Do not expose grilled food to overheating or it will become firm and dry.
  • For best results, Pastries (like pizzas, manakeesh, croissants, bread, etc.) should be heated in an electrical oven. First, preheat the oven to 200°C. Next, remove the pastries from the plastic packaging and place them in the oven; heat for as long as you deem necessary. If you are using the microwave, pastries should be heated for only a few seconds on high level; be careful not to overheat or they will become hard for consumption.
  • For heating soups in the microwave: First place your soup in the microwave for only 30 seconds, stop and stir it, and then re-heat for another 1 to 2 minutes or until hot. Do not add water to your soups when heating them.
  • Do not add any salt, pepper, lemon, or any other seasoning before heating your meals. You may do so only after heating them.

General Recommendations:

  • Sandwiches: should be eaten cold, but you may heat your sandwich if you prefer to do so. You may also add extra vegetables like lettuce, cucumbers, onions, radish, pickles, tomatoes etc.
  • Salads: It is recommended that you eat your salad with all its constituents to keep its original taste. Make sure to use the correct salad dressing that is labeled for your salad. You may add an additional amount of lemon or vinegar if you like.
  • Fruits: make sure to wash your fruits before eating them. We do not wash our fruits because they are highly susceptible to mold, especially after they have been washed. If you do not like the fruit that is delivered to you, you may substitute it with a different kind of fruit at home. However, we recommend consulting with your dietician before making any changes.
  • Make sure to inform your dietician about any particular foods, fruits, ingredients or beverages that you dislike or may cause you to have any type of an allergic reaction. A note will then be placed in your file to prevent the delivery of such items in your meal box.
  • We encourage you to add herbs, spices, or even lemon to your meals to accommodate your taste buds. If sodium is not a health problem for you, you may add a little bit of salt.
  • Although we recommend eating your meals at the right times of the designated day, if at times you are not able to finish your meal, you may keep the leftovers in the refrigerator and eat them as a snack if you feel hungry during the day. However; you should not keep the leftovers for the next day.
  • If at times you feel hungry you can eat vegetables like: lettuce, cucumber, carrots, etc.
  • We highly recommend that you drink 8 to 10 glasses of water on daily basis.
  • You can drink tea or coffee daily while on the program but without adding milk or sugar. We recommend drinking green tea.
  • Proper presentation of your meals is important; therefore, we do not recommend consuming your food directly from the disposable containers. You should place food on real plates, and consume meals on the dining table and in proper fashion. This may help you forget you are on a diet and allow you to feel more fulfilled with the meals.
